At Treehut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted timepiece; if your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original wooden packaging with all protective films intact and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
