What materials are used in Treehut watches?
Our watches are handcrafted from 100% natural wood, high-quality stainless steel, and genuine leather. We source sustainable materials like bamboo, sandalwood, and walnut to ensure each piece is unique.
Can I customize or engrave my watch?
Yes, we offer professional laser engraving services for the backplate of most watch models. You can add a personal message, date, or name during the checkout process.
Are Treehut watches water-resistant?
Our wooden watches are splash-resistant, meaning they can handle rain or hand washing. However, they should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming or showering due to the natural properties of wood.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. If you have requested a custom engraving, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every Treehut watch includes a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects in the movement and craftsmanship from the date of purchase.
